The Kandoo Fitness: Eat, Ride, Love course builds rider CONFIDENCE by offering a holistic approach to horse training in addition to rider fitness and wellbeing.
You will have full access to the entire Kandoo Equine Online Training System for 8 weeks. For each of the first 4 weeks you will be guided through the lessons in a step-by-step way and see how they fit into the rest of your course.
You can't change what you don't measure! The focus in this section is on being aware of what we are eating, ridding our bodies of addictions and making healthy choices easy.
Don't worry, no gym memberships required! We focus on core strength and balance - everything you'll need in the saddle.
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Here we cover goal setting, habit tracking, journaling, gratitude, sleep, visualisation and more.
You will receive a module each week for 4 weeks and have access to the entire course and the horse training material for a total of 8 weeks.
